THE MEMBERS
- who are to be members and their status within the enterprise
MEMBERSHIP
A clear and viable basis for membership is essential, based upon the common interest that binds together all that become members. Membership will be open to all those subscribing to the defined common interest who can benefit from and contribute towards the achievement of the purpose of the enterprise; limited only by necessity of maintaining the continuing viability of the enterprise
MEMBER-FOCUSED
The enterprise will be committed to acting in the best interests of members and to their fair and equal treatment. Success depends on building and maintain mutual trust. Members need to believe that any benefits will be shared fairly between those involved and that they will have a real say in how the venture is run. Benefits need to be shared broadly in relation to the volume of trade transacted or the efforts that each member puts into the enterprise.
